Q. How do I add a file to my Storage?
This process is called "uploading." To upload a file or photo, follow these
steps:
1. Click the "Upload Files" on LHS.
2. Select the Folder of your choice or create a new one.
3. Click the "Browse" button to choose the item to be uploaded.
Locate the item on your computer's hard drive, select it, and click the "Open"
button. If you can't find the file or photo, make sure you are not limiting the
types of files shown in the "Browse" window.
Note for Macintosh users: While using a Macintosh computer, be
sure to add a file extension to the name of the item before you click "Upload."
If your picture is a JPEG or GIF, add ".jpg" or “.gif” respectively to the end
of the name (e.g., a JPEG photo named "map" would be renamed "map.jpg"). If
your file is a Microsoft Word document, add ".doc" to the end of the name.
